Medical Records Department recognized for exemplary scores!

Every year, the Office of the Attorney General monitors every birthing hospital to ensure they are complying with the AOP regulations. A Paternity Outreach Coordinator will visit every birthing hospital at least three times a year to evaluate how the AOP-certified staff is executing AOPs. Based on these visits a hospital will be given a quality control score. If a hospital’s quality control score average is 100%, they are considered exemplary.
This year there are 169 hospitals across Texas that achieved exemplary status, and Olney Hamilton Hospital was one of them. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Karen Wilson, Ashley Phillips, and Janie Cerda.
